& CONDITIONS
The confirmation of your reservation indicates a down payment
of 50% of the Co-ordination fee . A Booking Form has to be
filled in and returned to us.
Payment
Arrangements for the event will be processed when a down payment
of 50% is received on the total estimated amount.
The balance must be settled 10 (ten) days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to event, BEC
will retain 20% of the estimated total amount.
In the event of a cancellation between 1 month and 15 days,
BEC will retain 30 % of the estimated total amount.
In the event of a cancellation less than 15 days, BEC will
retain 50% of the estimated total amount.
